Practically every time I attempt to visit this location after 9pm (which it says they are open until midnight) they are already... closed., What's more is the staff is usually rude about the fact they are closed, that is if they are still on site. Tonight thegirl working drive through told me "one moment please" at the speaker.. then never came back. A gentleman popped his head aroundthe sign and told us "You can go ahead and pull up!" Keep in mind we had not actually spoke to anyone at the menu speaker. Butwe did as suggested there was an SUV in front of us.. shortly after we pulled behind them.. the window closed, and they droveoff, we moved forward and after a minute or two a girl opens the window and announces, "Ummm we're closed!" We protested thatthey had just told us one moment and to pull up.. and she scoffed, then said we're closed, they like took our tills and cash andeverything so we're closed already." At which point she closed the window, turned her back to it and appeared to return to aconversation with someone inside the store but out of sight of the window. .. My $10 burger didn't have 1 thing that goes in a burger ie: lettuce, tomatoe, ketchup most important CHEESE! They refuse to... refund the high priced bun and oreo sized patty or fix the problem. And that is all I will remember of what JnB has become. Notonly that, when I went inside to talk to someone there was 3 people in line with no worker in site.
