Lived near this location for about a year and i have always loved Jack in the Box, but this location the food is always over... cooked and they are always out of ranch or one of the requested sauces. Anything Fried is Fried to death and Covered in oil whenit comes out. The Jack in the box in the northside on Division is 100 time better then this one! I will make that trip everytime now. Read more
I realize "fast food" can be difficult but I hope the right eyes are seeing these reviews. I was the only car in the drive... through and after about 10 minutes i was told sorry for the wait and someone would take my order shortly. After another 5minutes someone took my order. 4 tacos and a curly fry. I was informed this location no longer carries sour cream even thoughthey offer many items where sour cream could be an additional up charge. After already waiting to order and so on I asked topull to the front of store because my tacos were being made fresh. After another 5 to 10 minutes my food was brought to me.Again, I realize shift changes happen, rushes happen, till counts happen and so on but overall this location appeared to lackmanagement and/or any sense of urgency. Please change your hours of operation . . . They stop taking orders at the drive through for around 3 hours after 2am . . .every... night. Enjoy a long drive in the early morning, only to have have to park, download an app, enter your cc info, order, and STILLwait 30+mins for the drug adled staff to get you your completely screwed up order. At least if you told the truth about yourhours . . . You'd save some people from the horrible experience. Read more

I show up, I wait at the menu for 5 minutes, nobody greeted me so I pulled up to the window I ordered a loaded mini tacos, a... sourdough chicken, and a plain double cheeseburger. I get home in suncrest, open the food and the loaded mini tacos are plain.There's nothing loaded about them. So I call the store, inform them of the issue, the guy asks me "do you still have the food" Istated yes I do. Then he says "hang on" puts me on hold, and then hangs up on me. I tried to call back and it rang for 5 minutesbefore I hung up. I will be going in to speak with management in the morning. VERY POOR CUSTOMERSERVICE... *****Update***** Went to the store on nw Blvd and Maple, sat in drive thru for 5 minutes before I asked if anyonewas there.. parking lot was empty, drive-thru was also empty... I was ignored for another couple minutes, and then a femalecame on the speaker box, very rudely said "I'll be right with you"... I sat there for another few minutes, she came back andsaid "what do you want" I placed my order, asked for shake and was told "yea, the shake machine is down". So I requested anorange vanilla drink. I was told "we don't have a drink like that" I then reminded them they have "over 100 different drinks".. she then admitted they do have an orange vanilla drink. Was asked "is that everything" I said yes, and then she said "the totalis at the bottom of the screen" This was at 8pm on June 7th 2022. The female working the drive thru was EXTREMELY RUDE. The food tasted really good and the man who took our order (Shane) was super helpful and very friendly. He made our experience... at this specific Jack In The Box great. While eating our food though...a manager came in from outside and started barking ordersat the employees...she was loud, rude, and obnoxious. After our great experience with Shane, we felt bad for the employees thathad to work under the inappropriate behavior of this manager. It started to ruin our dining experience...but as we were leavingShane said good-bye and thanked us for coming to eat there. So I do food delivery and I kind of have to weigh my day especially when this location comes up. Honestly it depends on who's... even working that night or that day depends on how smoothly or horribly this place runs. Communication from staff to customer isa little bit less than par. I noticed that there's not a single person that has drive to push food fast they just kind of takeit as it comes. And this opinion is coming from a 27-year chef. Read more
