Today was rough. Tried to order, and the kid working drive-thru didn't listen. Then rang up things I didn't order. Then, messed... up my sodas, and gave me the wrong food. Then, I had to pay to get the right food, even though I had just paid for something Ididn't order and didn't want. He's not new, I've seen him here before, but we all have bad days so I'm trying to beunderstanding. Read more

I don't have Jack in the box in my area so I'm always happy to get to swing through. The last few times I've been able to go my... orders are always messed up. Either they're made wrong or I'm missing something. Really disappointing. Still good food though. Read more
Other than waiting to give my order it was good food nice and hot and most importantly the fry's were crisp and hot, definitely... fresh. I did ask for 2 ranch and the guy gave like 7 haha ???? it all worked out though. Read more
Over the past several years I have stopped at this Jack in the box several times service and food has always been excellent on... this particular day it started off with the headsets not working in the Drive-Thru so I decided to go in and eat I ordered asourdough Jack meal with curly fries and was told they were out of curly fries they only had regular so I accepted the regularand also ordered a side of jalapeno poppers but was told they were out of jalapeno poppers my friend wanted a chicken pita butalso was told they were out of pitas I ordered a strawberry milkshake to go with my meal and my friend decided to go set in thecar while I ate the meal came in a time expected only problem was no milkshake I asked the counter person about my milkshake hesaid I forgot it I'll go get it now as I sit in the booth eating my meal waiting for my milkshake I finished my meal and themilkshake still had not arrived the counter person finally brought me my milkshake and I took it and left the restaurant forthis reason I'm giving this visit a one star. If you must go to Jack in the Box go to another location. This place is awful! The restaurant was empty when we arrived but we... needed to ask them if they could clean off a table since all were dirty. The floor was littered with garbage. The staff werejust hanging out behind the counter talking. We ordered, then I went to the restroom. OMG! Sink literally falling off the wall,one stall was out of order and the other had a broken lock. We ordered a soda, tasted flat, didn't drink it. Food came and westarted to eat it, both of us trying to stay positive. After a few bites I asked my husband if he wanted to eat somewhere else.The chicken was hard and dried out. He agreed immediately and we had a much better meal elsewhere. It's the first time I've everleft a restaurant without eating the food. Sad. I'll never get those $20 back. Read more
