Jasmine at the drive threw is super rude and shouldfind a different job! Was told it was Teresa but the ticket says Jasmine.... Terrible customer service! Not much to say. Used the drive through as I qas only taking a qk break from work and wanting something fast for... breakfast. Wanted a breakfast burrito but they didn't have them, I settled on the breakfast biscuit with egg, cheese andbacon. It's good tasting but hard to swallow. Read more

Went today and the plastic cup my milkshake was in was cracked down the side. I hadn?t noticed until the milkshake began to melt... and got all over me and my cup holder while driving home. Had I known it was cracked, I wouldn?t have drank any of it, kind ofunsanitary. I called and let them know to check their cups and they said thank you. 3 stars because my monster tacos were hotand good. Read more

This location is not recommended. More times than not they don't have their tacos cause they don't take them out of the freezer.... And when you order them with no sauce, they put sauce on them. The least they could do is put a sign on the order board in thedrive through letting people know they don't have them. The service is poor at best long waits. I stopped going here because ofthis issue. I decided to give it another try and they couldn't serve me taco's cause they are currently frozen AGAIN!!! Read more

There is always some sort of problem with going to this location but I like JIB but today we couldn't get served because the... manager walked out! I'm done with Jack in the box period! There is just no reason for this nonsense! Read more

Came in after 5:00pm and they were very helpful. Helped my husband and my son out and me, I appreciate all the help, and effort... that went into making our order and they got us all our items, everything tasted good. Horrible service going thru drive thru. Told us to wait a minute so we waited 10 minutes. He finally comes back we start to... order he says our vehicle is to loud. We turn off the vehicle and start to order he says he still cannot hear us. We speaklouder and he says we are being rude. We drove off and went to Taco Bell. That man needs to learn better customer service or gofind another job. Business will go down because of him. Read more

Don't bother ordering here, their app and online hours say they open at 6AM. I ordered my food at 6:35AM on 08/04/22. I waited... for 30min in the drive thru then I pulled up to the window to be told they are still not open. I asked for a refund and was toldto come back at 8:00AM when the assistant manager arrives. Because of this, I not only don't get the breakfast I wanted but amgoing to be late for my shift just so I can get a refund. This is ridiculous, I never would've ordered from here if the app andonline hours were accurate. Read more
