Ordered wings from here twice now, the first time was great so we ordered them again tonight. Unfortunately this time both... orders of wings were undercooked. My husbands were mostly done but still pinkish in the middle but when I bit into one of mineit was still fairly raw. It was underdone enough I could tell by texture alone but cut into the rest and most were the same way.Thought we at least be able to enjoy the hand pies for dessert but those were still raw dough in the middle as well. I normally hate boneless wings but my man loves them. I was ABSOLUTELY shocked at how tender, non grisly they were because every... chain restaurant I've tried boneless at were disgusting. I'm a bone in fan. You can tell that It's Just Wings takes pride intheir products they offer! Can't wait to try their bone in next time! All the sauces I ordered especially the Santa Fe and Bleucheese was excellent, and I'm excited to try more! Will definitely recommend this establishment to others! Just yum! Hope theysee this review. The wings were so dry, my wife and I couldn't even eat them. Definitely wouldn't eat there again
The first time we order a 32pc wing with curly fries, it turned out fantastic, wings were moist, fries cooked just right. Our... second order did not meet our expectation, both fries and naked wings were over cooked. You can throw the curly fries against awall and it would remain intact! All 4 boxes had over cooked fries, you can smell it was burnt. I called the restaurant rightaway to address my concern and spoke to an employee who showed no empathy or understanding, when asked if I can have her name..the response was "why". The refusal to provide a first name not only is unprofessional but is an indicator that you don't care. I requested a manager and explained the poor experience. He was able to make it right and was apologetic. Bottom line... pleasecoach and train your employees that customer service goes beyond just seating people and taking orders. Read more
Overall it was good. I think the fries needed to be cooked longer or in separate containers. I'd order again.
I got delivery through door dash to be fair, but as a chef of 19 years who's ran pizza places, and opened 5 restaurants in... arizona, as well as self declared wing king lol I was severely disappointed. If all you do is wings, they better be the bestwings in town. These were far from... they were half coated(at best) as if someone just ran a squeeze bottle over them anddidn't toss. The skin was rubbery with no texture, the jalapeño cilantro sauce I got on half wasn't that tasty and rather blandexcept for the black cilantro pieces. The regular Buffalo was just alright, French fries were curly and seasoned well, their frysauce however needs some work, super sweet... I love chicken wings and pride myself on serving the best wings in town when I dothem, these wings need to be more crispy(especially on to go orders as they steam in the to go containers and get soft) andbetter seasoned, the sauces I had need to be revised imo.
