I?m proud to see that they are representing Filipino cuisine here in Spokane. Served over white rice, the BBQ liempo (pork... belly) was absolutely delicious. The sweet and savory sauce / marinade soaks in the rice and makes it flavorful. The Asiancucumber salad was a nice touch They were sweet and tangy and it balances out the tasty pork liempo. The lumpia were not thetraditional Lumpia Shanghai that I grew up eating but they were still delicious. Don?t forget to ask for the sweet and soursauce. Read more

Simply AMAZING! I highly recommend! On October 14, 2022, we celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. We held a Luau for... the event since they went to Hawaii for their honeymoon 50 years ago! I contacted Island Style Food Truck in May to make surethere was enough time to secure their services to cater our event. Everything went very smoothly, their communication wasexcellent and the food they served was raved about by all of our guests! We selected their Kalua Pork, White Rice, Tropical MacSalad, Asian Cucumber Salad, Chicken Pancit Bihon Noodles, and Latiya for dessert. It was not planned for them to serve ormonitor the dishes that we had them serve buffet style, but they stayed and helped throughout the party! They also boxed up theleftovers for our guests to take with them if they desired! I can?t say enough about their professionalism, quality of food andservice, and timeliness! What a great business they have built! Thank you so much to Nicholas DeCaro and his crew! Read more
