Some of the recent reviews made us nervous to try out Hunt but we had a really nice evening and enjoyed our food! Our server was... very attentive and we didn’t wait long at all for the food. We loved the Brussel sprout starter so much we ordered it againafter we finished round 1. I will say the second batch was much more salty which didn’t bother us as we love salt but couldsee how others may not like that. We’d definitely come back, good food and cool atmosphere. Read more

Fantastic place!!! Great drinks and the food was delish! The pickle plate is amazing, the pimento cheese was creamy and just... the right amount of spiciness and the grilled Ceasars was pure goodness. For dinner the fresh papardelli pasta with tomatosauce and the mushroom stroganoff were jusy perfect. But the Elk burger was my favorite! Lastly, Halle was a greatbartender! I look forward to returning here next time I am in Spokane! Read more

Overall good food. Elk burger and duck breast were good, but salty. Portions are quite small given the cost so we made more food... once home. Service was a bit slow given there were only six other people in the restaurant at the time (total of ten inside withour party). I do not drink but I am told the mixed drinks were excellent. We enjoyed the ambience otherwise. Read more

I'm really loving the aesthetic of old Spokane building's basements being opened up and turned into speakeasy-like restaurants.... This one's especially cool with the dramatic lighting hidden in the rafters. It wasn't busy when I went on a Thursdayafternoon, and the bartender was very attentive. They have a mocktail option for those who aren't drinking alcohol, I thoroughlyenjoyed the spring buck. For appetizers my wife and I got pickle plates off the happy hour menu, we saw them go out to anothertable and they weren't that large, and both of us love pickles so we didn't want to share. But this item is a must. For dinnerI had the pork shoulder and my wife had the duck, I would say that the portions are pretty small, but the prices do reflect thesmaller portions. The duck was perfect, and my pork shoulder was wonderfully seasoned, but just a little dry. Wish we couldhave stayed for dessert, but we had to leave in a hurry to catch a show. I'll recommend this place for anyone looking for aquiet trendy location to take a friend or a date to enjoy some drinks, and a few tasty plates. Read more

Wonderful ambiance. The Elk burger was spectacular as was the Absinthe Old Fashion. Definitely being added to my regular place... when I am in Spokane. Read more

My beau and I were invited to celebrate a double birthday last Saturday night. The girls chose Hunt for dinner and we loved... every second of it. The rotating menu was intriguing and delicious. The drinks had fun names with unique flavors. We were satin the "tent" and enjoyed it very much. The privacy was nice for our loud mouths. The aura was very nice, with soft moodlighting using old fashioned Edison bulbs. I really liked the decor in the restaurant. Everything was aesthetically pleasingto the eye. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fine dining experience with a more casual feel. Be preparedto spend some money because great food isn't cheap. Make a reservation and be sure to be early enough to have the option ofeach entree. Some menu items sell out fast. Read more

The menu does not do this place justice! I was apprehensive but the food was so flavorful and delicious. Great portions as well.... I had the schnitzel and it was amazing. I also had a cherry almond cocktail that was like dessert in a cup! Will definitely becoming back! Read more

I’m not 100% committed to this rating and would be happy to revisit and rescore. I visited this location during restaurant... week and was intrigued by the eclectic menu options. Unless there was a secret room I couldn’t see, it wasn’t overly packedbut the service would have suggested otherwise. Restaurant week gives you a 3 course meal and the spacing between those mealswas super long. My friend and I were famished and had to ask for bread between one of the meals. My white linen was bitter so Igot a dirty martini for the next round and was pleased. I loved the location and decor. The staff was also nice. I’d love togo back and give it another shot as the food was pretty darn tasty. Their bread pudding is a must! Read more
