Love, love, love this place. 100% you must visit here. Great food and it lives up to the name (cheap af) I do wish the menu had... a little more on it. They only have a few things to order from. My husband and I went tonight for dinner for the first time. We each got a cheeseburger, shared a large fry and the cheese... curds, got the fry sauce and tartar and 2 drinks. It came out to $22 and it was DELICIOUS!!!! We will most definitely be back!Props to the team. You all definitely earned your 5 star review. Read more

My son and I had dinner there tonight and loved it! Simple menu, but delicious. If you dine in, there's only a bar that's open... to the kitchen, but I think it's fun. The staff were very nice to us. They even gave my son a free shake when they accidentallymade an extra. If you go on a day like today during a heat wave (100 degrees), it's very hot inside, but not unbearable. Read more
Had lunch here today, very nostalgic to the Port Angeles location with the added bonus of dine-in with an open kitchen. The menu... is limited to the essentials, hamburger, cheeseburger, fries, curds, and a fried chicken sandwich. Drinks are either a soda or amilkshake, with 3 flavors to choose from. Vanilla, Chocolate, and crucially to gain acceptance in Spokane, Huckleberry. I've nothad a shake from here yet, but I look forward to it. Frugals lives up to its name and fills a niche in the Gonzaga-U district, prices are economical and quality is very good. The... Crispy Chicken Sandwich was cooked perfectly. Cheese Curds were slightly crunchy on outside and smooth mozzarella on inside.French fries taste freshly cut and enjoyed the Fry Sauce. Cheddar Burger had all the right elements - yay for sliced pickles!Huckleberry shake had good flavor. Seating inside is very limited, consider going at slightly off hours to avoid the rush. The food was decent. A very limited menu by design to keep prices reasonable. Burgers grilled fresh, fries, shakes, fried cheese... curds. That is about it for the menu. Indoor dining is bar style for about 20 people max. It feels tight in the restaurant andwould be tough if you get claustrophobic easily. We thought it was worth a try. It was alright. It won't be a regular haunt forus, but I do have to say, the cheese curds were pretty good. Read more
