Great value for the 5oz sirloin and eggs breakfast ($12.65 without coffee). Quality is more or less a bit above average, but... service is good and food comes out fast. Decent coffee. The standout is the fresh baked warm blueberry muffin with margarine,which is fluffy and light with a nice crunch from the sugar on top. Very nice that they allow it as a sub for toast at nocharge. Breath of fresh air! You can still fell comfortable drinking coffee here, the cup are warm before they pour the coffee in them... so you get hot coffee. The food is made to order, even the bacon. Yup, I wish I could be a regular! Read more
Love the food, don't love my gas SiPHONED while I'm enjoying said food. Happened 7/30/22, around 10am. Can't go back til I get a... locking gas cap. Thank you Frankie's and downtown, for leaving me quarter tank shorter!!! Heads up if go to Frankie's and allthe blinds closed for sun, leave! Absolutely amazing find! We?ve seen the huge sign several times from the freeway! Today we were downtown and drove by!! Old... School and wonderful! I?m sure this place has been here forever! The menu is very large but the offerings cover every optionfrom hungry to seniors! My breakfast was delicious and perfect sized. I would give this restaurant 7 stars if it werepossible! OK , first of all , the service was top notch .My man , who was born & raised in Spokane got a little history lesson from our... adorable server . Then came that cinnamon roll , omg , so amazing . Food and service are top notch!! Excellent plate of nachos, but get the smaller sizes if you eating them to yourself. They will... win otherwise lol!! Very generous portion for the price paid.
