Absolutely awful service. Nowhere does it notate that you cannot pay with a $50 bill, my order was $30 an was going to tip the... driver $10. They argued that the driver wouldn?t have change for me and denied accepting the money once at my doorstep. Driverwas extremely rude and suggested I could just give him the entire $50 since he couldn?t make change. Management at night needsto be changed, manager is extremely passive aggressive and solves nothing everytime I?ve had an issue. Always suggests you justcome into the store during regular hours. I was trying to order online and their website keep going down. I tried twice and was unsuccessful with the website. So I called... the downtown store and the gentleman that answers was not very helpful with what was going on with it. So at that time I placedmy order with him. He was wanting me to order the ex large pizza . I didn't want that size. I ordered 3 pizza and a sandwichand 32 bread bites. It cost me 68 dollar's. If I was able to order online the exact same order would of been 36 dollars. When Iasked why the cost was so much different the responses I got was they couldn't give me the online price in the store. Will notcall the store anymore when their website goes down. Read more
I've had issues with this dominos before so I stopped going. Desided to give them another chance. I ordered twice in the last... month and I was slightly more satisfied then before putting them at a 3 star. Tonight I try and order and they raised the priceon the same order I placed two times in a row. Then they argue with me and can't explain why the charge is on there. I'm tiredof feeling wrong for trying to do business with dominos. I'm done I won't be supportive or a customer of yours anymore. Read more
I have NEVER had a bad pizza fro our friends at 3rd Avenue downtown Domino's good price good quality and good people need I say... more . Thank you oh I must say nice clean delicious smelling new location. I give a great ten yums up five stars don't give itthe right review. Good place. Ordered two pizzas for a good price. It was a very unpleasant experience because restrooms are closed to the public.... There are a lot of homeless people walking around asking for restrooms, however, restricting restrooms for customers doesn'tmake sense. Read more
We have ordered from this Domino's location many times both by phone or using the app. The past 4 times our order has been... wrong. We have received pizzas that aren't made to the order that was placed and even received pizzas that were raw whenspecifically asking for a well done bake. Tonight we ordered the Deluxe with light cheese and what we got was sauce and ascattering of cheese. They sent another but it took another 1 1/2 hour to get it... Think we are finished with Domino's.
