Terrible experience. Ordered a medium wanted to get it changed to a large when I realized I was paying the same amount for a... medium as I would have for a large?should?ve canceled my order then but decided to go in and pick it up anyway. Went it and allthe coworkers were messing around so I had to stand around for 5-10 min waiting for someone to open up the cash. Anyways,terrible experience. Read more

Pizza is good. It's the app I hate. When I go into the app it defaults to the Thor address in Spokane. Throughout the... ordering process I have to change it to Post Falls. I have changed everything I can find to have it automatically show PostFalls. Still comes up with the Spokane address. Placing my last order took some time as I was using a coupon plus redeemingpoints for a free pizza. I had changed it to Post Falls but it somehow put it back to Spokane. So no order when I got there. Had to call Spokane and let them know I wouldn't be picking the pizzas up. Lost my coupon and free pizza and had to wait on myfull price one. Read more
I ordered the other night around 9:30. I have never had problems ordering from this store. When I had checked on the app, they... had pulled my order out of the oven at 9:55. I do not live far from the store but could not drive at the time, my order didntshow up to my home until around 10:30. When my food arrived it was luke warm and by no means hot and fresh. Never getting pizza from here again! Dominoes should be ashamed to have their name with whomever bought this store. Coupon came... in the mail, tried doing on app and coupon isn't there. So I call and they say they cant do that coupon, only online. So themanager comes on and says noone knows how to make the coupon work and too bad. When I ask if a regional person might help themfigure out their own system he said not today. So when I ask how am I to get the discounted price from coupon they sent out andhe just said they can't today and noone else would be able to help. I even said I guess I have to order pizza hut or somethingelse there was no Comment. Horrible customer service. Read more
