Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. But this is not the strength of this restaurant. This establishment often... serves food that is often cooked, packaged, and then frozen. Now, there is nothing wrong with preparing and packaging certainitems ahead of time. Pasta for instance is always cooked in larger batches, then portioned out by weight. It has no effect onthe quality or taste. But that is an example of how you can save time to make a restaurant function in a timely manner. Howeveranyone who has any cooking common sense knows why you dont cook a steak, then throw it in the freezer. So someone like myself,who orders steak (medium rare) w/ eggs will notice when you nuke (microwave) a frozen steak. The two main issues is; #1 thetaste of a nuked steak, & #2 the still frozen center you left because the steak isn't even an inch thick. I will however givepraise to this place for one thing & 1 thing only that they do way better than anyone else; an that's their old fashionedmilkshakes. The food was absolutely fresh, hot and delicious! This has to be the best Dennys in Spokane. I highly recommend it.
I haven't been to Denny's in years & was pleasantly surprised. We were acknowledged by the waitress right away even though it... was busy. I had the Bourbon Chicken sizzling skillet,which was very tasty & enough for two meals. The waitress was great &attentive. Read more
For visit today 7/29/2022. I am visiting family and we all like to , not cook and go to Denny's. It is our third time this trip.... Our server, Denise was running around like it was extremely busy. It wasn't super busy. She seemed to have forgotten food items.Had to go back for a couple if things. My eggs were ordered easy over and were too runny. Denise came over and refilled mycoffee without asking if I wanted more. I finally had tell her I didn't want any more. She seemed very preoccupied, not veryfriendly. I have never had to deal with this at any Denny's ever. On the kid side as we had a 2year old. When a server is takingcare of people with children, it would be nice with only 3 crayons, to have 3 different colors. Yes this grandson noticed. Made an online order for a build your own cheese burger. They put it on toast so I had to drive back to the store to get a... cheese burger on a bun like it is supposed to be. Got home after waiting for my new order. It was on a bun but they didn't putthe avocados that I paid extra for.....I won't be going here ever again. Read more
I met up with somebody at this location and everything went perfectly well, until my company had arrived and he asked to change... our table to another location. The waitress did not seem too happy about the idea (in fact, pretty much refused to move us). Iwould have given 3 stars for poor customer service. But, I'm giving them 4 stars due to the fact that once speaking to amanager, they accommodated us well, and were polite throughout the rest of the time we spent there. Read more
We went for our youngest son's birthday. He got birthday cake pancakes and loved them. We come here often and enjoy it. Never... had bad service always great food and comes out fast. Keep up the good work guys. I see you your doing a great job. Read more
The food is Denny's, pretty typical. This location has a full bar and one of the best waitresses I've ever met. She's excellent... at her job, a great stand-in bartender and just a really good person. This one also has more booths so talking is more private. Read more
