I was very hesitant on writing this review considering that I don?t want any body losing their job and getting fired. My husband... and I regularly go to this location for a while now and get the same thing every time. Recently we came in for a treat andnoticed the charge was a lot more than what we normally pay. We looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged twice for anadd on we normally always get . When we asked to check if the charge was correct , the manager started arguing with us saying we?miscommunicated? . She was not very kind and came across as threatening. The new DQ on South Hill was overpriced alot of employees standing around doing nothing chatting it was an annoying atmosphere.... Won't be going back anytime soon. Read more

The staff are very respectful and nice. Their food is pretty good too. And instead of wasting icecream that they made wrong,... they put it in a bag and sell about 5-8 things for $6. They're called mystery bags. Very good place to go. Read more

I enjoy this location. I have had pleasant experiences, but the horrible drive thru. This needs to be fixed. Having cars parking... on the way through the drive thru SUCKS. Depending on what car I have, it can be difficult to get through if the cars don?t parkall the when in. Plus, why is there even parking there? The design needs to change! Read more
I have always liked this location. I actually worked here nearly 40 years ago! Buster bars are my favorite!!!
