My order of 2 tacos was screwed up. It wasn?t until I was halfway through eating a taco that I realized there was no protein. I... returned to the drive-thru behind 5 cars, to remedy the situation and was asked to repay for my meal. Like, what??? No - I?lltake what I?ve already paid for and did not receive. Firstly, it is quite spicy, which I wasn't exactly expecting from a chicken taco salad. My salad was good. I also got the chips... and queso though and it was clumpy and broken. Not yummy. First time ordering... Probably my last too. Read more
Hugely disappointed in a restaurant I?ve always loved. Went through the drive-through and got some tacos, chips and queso. Got... to my destination and the tacos were only meat and a tortilla. No cheese lettuce tomato nothing! $59! Could not believe it. Iwent back and said I thought all tacos came with lettuce and cheese at bare minimum. They said not when you get them all a cart.Somebody should?ve told me I drove away to my destination to eat the tacos we are excited to have and found them to be lackingbig time. And talk about expensive! They wouldn?t compensate me in anyway shape or form. I?ve gone there for years and years. Sodisappointing. The poor reviews make me sad. Costa Vida used to be so good and the store at Northtown was so well managed and food consistently... good. They either got rid of all the good staff or they quit. We used to eat here once a week. Now, very rarely. Read more
Not only did I not receive my whole order but the chicken was dry and hard. The ?smothered in cheese? was about a child?s fist... size of shredded cheese. I think next time I want to try for a ?healthier? option I will just order a pizza. Read more

This place showcases the excellence of Utah-Mex! And what a great cuisine that is. Unlike authentic Mexican, Tex-Mex or even... Colorado-Mex (Chipotle), Utah-Mex is more on the sweeter side of things. Costa Vida is the most prominent example of Utah'scuisine and it deserves the success it has achieved over the past decade. Now gone international, this location in north Spokaneis up to par with the best of it's locations. Consistency and incredible taste are the norm for this chain - and this locationdid not disappoint!
