I placed an order for an ice cream cake 24 hours in advance on their website. When I went to pick it up, they had no record of... my order at all, so unfortunately I had to pick a display cake. However, they still wrote on it for me and ended up giving it tome for free! Totally unexpected and a nice surprise. So my only advice would be to call the store and make sure your order isreceived after placing it online. Read more
They filled my friends smoothie with mostly unblended ice like it was a drink and not a smoothie. Super upset since they didn't... with mine or her boyfriends milkshake, so I don't know why it had chunks of ice.. Read more

Placed an order about a week in advance for a birthday cake made with cheesecake ice cream, raspberry, blueberry, and graham... cracker fillers. Went to pick it up and was told there was no cake under my name there after paying over $50 already. Eventhough there was no name written on the cake, after checking again it was under a different name not mine. I got the cakeotherwise I'd of raised hell... It's good but a few things: *Very minimal mix ins added * Top layer had blueberriesonly *Bottom layer had raspberries only *Hardly any graham crackers at all *Only one half tasted like cheesecake other half likevanilla or something. Otherwise it was tasty but not what was expected. Figured that the ice cream would be all cheesecake withall mix ins on both layers. This is my second cake from this location and it's pretty good. I LOVE Cold Stone and go to this location regularly Today I'm extremely disappointed. The service was less than friendly and... my mix ins were hardly there . It was basically plain ice cream with a VERY small amount of raspberries and 1 piece of chocolateshaving. Went there last night with my husband for a desert date night without our oldest kids. Walked in felt like I was at a pop... concert, loud music woke up our 5month old son who was sleeping. Then got the peanut butter perfection tons of peanut butter wasnot able to finish it. Customer service could improve too along with the music volume. Read more
