One of my absolute favorite places to eat. The chips and salsa are SO good. Bottomless soup and salad for 9 or 10 bucks is a... steal! Service is usually fabulous. Prices are super reasonable for what you get! Also don't forget to join the mobile clubthing you get a free non alcoholic drink or chips and salsa free! Read more

We were staying at the Davenport hotel, so we decided to get takeout from Chili's. The area didn't seem that safe in the... evenings, but it could have been a rare night. My daughter and I shared Cajun Chicken Pasta and the appetizer Dip Trio that hasguacamole, salsa and queso. My mom ate Individual Chicken Fajitas with guacamole. Obviously we couldn't finish the Dip Trio, but we tried. :-) The food was good. The total with tax, not tip was $28.93. They charged .08 for a Materials Fee (not sure whatthat is). Read more

Overall good experience. Server was friendly. The food was amazing considering we were very hungry after Bloomsday 12k. But the... wait was kind of ridiculous. The place wasn't even that full. I'm assuming they were understaffed. Only reason I can't give ita perfect 5 stars. Other than that the food was good and the drinks were cold. I recommend the shrimp tacos for lunch! Read more

I loved chili's in north spokane but haven't been since they closed that location. I went to the downtown location and I'm... assuming they are understaffed. We walked in to multiple dirty tables and waited about 5 mins before being greeted/seated, nobig deal. But then we experienced horrible service as well. Our waitress never checked back in after we got our order, ourdrinks were never refilled, and I actually ended up grabbing my own to go boxes because i was tired of waiting. I saw a coupleother servers but ours jusr seemed to disappear. My corn on the cob seemed shriveled from microwaving, the tortillas for thefajitas were rock hard after 5 mins ( microwaved as well I presume). The chicken strips were tough horrible meat. My sonsgrilled cheese wasn't even crispy/ toasted, it was melted butter on bread basically so he didn't eat it. He also noticedanother kid got one properly cooked and wondered why his was messed up. Just an overall bad experience and like I said I haveloved chili's for years but I won't be back to this location. Read more

So, there was three of and the place was not that busy. Our waitress Jill was absolutely ???? fire. She was very polite and... understanding. So we had the new brisket burger which was wonderfully juicy and tasteful. I down right enjoyed every bite! Mybrother-in-law had a salad and quesidella. It looked good. Now my wife had ordered the Sirloin steak medium well. With steamedbroccoli and rice. The steak had to be sent back 4 times and still wasn't cooked properly. It either ended up well done ormedium rare. Finally after the fourth time we just gave up on the cheif getting it right and settled with a medium raresteak. Jill our waitress was wonderful though. I would have given this a 5 star, but the ribeye I had was the thinnest I've ever seen. The flavor was pretty good, but I've... never seen a ribeye that thin before. However, the service and all the other food was great. The mini multen lava cakes werefantastic! Read more

We went to the downtown Spokane Chili?s for dinner on Friday, July 9. To me, this restaurant is a little more run-down than... other Chili?s locations. It took about 15 minutes to get seated as we had a semi-large group (my wife, two children, my sister, her two children, and me). The hostess was pretty low energy. However, our server, Marisa, was outstanding. We didn?t make iteasy on her. The three of us adults had all downloaded the Chili?s app so we instantly got rewards for either free chips andsalsa or an upgraded appetizer on a 3 for $10 dinner. Marisa was patient and helpful as we stumbled through our orders, applyingour rewards. Our kids were tough to handle on this particular evening and we asked Marisa to split the check and she nevershowed any sign of frustration?we really appreciated it. Food came out quickly and was decent. I really believe that the 2 for$25 or 3 for $10 options are the best way to go. I got the chicken Cajun pasta, Texas cheese fries, and a Dr. Pepper. Althoughthe food isn?t out of this world, the value is certainly there. When it came time to pay the check, Marisa brought us sodarefills in to-go cups, one final nice gesture. Read more
