I hadn't been here in 45 years. I lived in other parts of the country. I was 110% impressed by the taste, appearance and quality... of the food. Our waitress was a darling girl. I will be visiting regularly now that I live back in the great Pacific Northwest!Up scale, delicious, Chinese food. Read more

Walked in, sat down after almost nearly 15 minutes of waiting in lobby just to get a seat when they weren't even busy. Waited... another 10 to 15 minutes for them to even take our order, never took our order and walked past our table multiple times. If Icould leave a 0 star review I would. Unless your elderly, and or dressed to impress I notice they don't seem to value you as acustomer. Will not be returning but instead going to Peking North, at least there they value their customers. The food was fresh and great quality. I personally did not love it, but I can recognize it is because I am used to different... Chinese food. I have learned that west coast Chinese food is different than the Chinese food you get more inland. Cathay servesan older style of Chinese food. But the quality was great! The spring rolls are amazing! Read more

Staff was great, food?not so much. Pretty darn bland, served cold, and the price to portion ratio was lacking. Would love to see... more vegetarian or meatless options added. 4 pages of menu, 3 items with out meat. Read more

If I could give them zero stars for the food I would. If you like general tsaos chicken then you may want to look at my picture.... It is chicken smothered with KETCHUP and soy sauce in place of what is supposed to be generals chicken. The fried rice is whiterice covered in soy sauce and never fried and there's nothing else in it and no egg, no vegetables no seasoning and no garlic. The special chow mein was never fried, it looked like it was dumped on my plate from a package and mixed with cold vegetables.Everything was inedible except for the barbecue pork. To be fair I don't think that their food was always like this. I actuallythink perhaps they hired someone who said they could cook and didn't know how. The fried prawns seeped grease out of them whenI broke them in half. Nothing could be eaten. As for the table next to us;, we could overhear them loudly saying the samethings. The great thing here and the right thing was that our waitress did not charge us for anything as we did offer to pay forour barbecue pork and our tea that we drank. Read more
