Very disappointed. As a first time customer I always try to be gracious and give the benefit of the doubt - however I had such a... bad experience I don?t think I?ll be returning. This review is meant for CC rather then bashing so if an employee sees thisplease don?t take it the wrong way. One thing that stuck out to me the most as odd is the drive through employee hid behind thewindow to talk to me, I could hardly see her through the tinted windows, or even hear her. I thought this was a littleunsettling. Costumers want to see your face and make sure they feel welcomed, and heard! Coffee I ordered was also madeextremely sweet to the point I can?t drink it, and doughnuts were so cold it felt like they had been stored in the refrigerator. Read more
Great doughnuts, terrible coffee. Went through drive-through, ordered a few doughnuts and a 24 Oz white chocolate mocha. ... Instead of the 24 Oz, I received a 16 Oz and the "coffee" had zero espresso to it. Tasted like warm milk with white chocolateflavoring. Also, charging almost $6 for something that hardly passes as its name and then shorting the customer with less thanthey pay for is practically criminal. Maybe just stick to doughnuts. Read more

On the morning of Friday, Jan. 28, 2022, I experienced Casual Friday Donuts in the Spokane Valley for the first time. I went... inside to place my order and was assisted by Audrey who was really nice and helpful. Because the old fashioned donut I purchasedwas small, she added an additional old fashioned donut to our box at no extra charge. In addition to the old fashioned donut Ialso picked out a maple bar, chocolate sprinkle (called a ?Homer? in honor of the Simpsons), apple fritter, and a raised donutfilled with a peanut butter-type icing. All donuts have their own prices and my order totaled $14.95. I brought the donuts homeand presented them to my wife as it was her birthday. She was really pleased but graciously shared them with me. I tried theraised donut, the apple fritter, and the maple bar. All three donuts were delicious, fresh, and filling. The raised donut wasespecially filling and the peanut butter icing was a nice touch. Believe it or not, the maple bar was probably my favorite.Overall we were satisfied with Casual Friday Donuts. Of course you are going to pay more than you would at a grocery storebakery but for a special treat every now and then I think that is okay. Our family tradition is to always pick up donuts on themorning of birthdays so we will return to Casual Friday. Read more
A quick stop at Casual Friday Donuts on Division St. Friendly staff, Really good donuts, the chocolate/Oreo and M&M donuts are... huge! The best one though was the Coca-Cola glazed donut. I got it because it was something different, glad I did. Not toosweet, and definitely tastes like the pop. Get there early! Read more
The donuts are great. The maple bar is my favorite in Spokane so far. I stopped this morning and got an iced caramel mocha and... a white chocolate Cold brew with cream along with 2 breakfast burritos. The food was hot and fresh, my cold brew was missing thewhite chocolate so I just added sugar at home. My total was 27 dollars and some change which I thought was quite steep. Read more

Good donuts, and my husband and I really appreciate their vegan selection. However, about 80% of the times we go they're out of... vegan donuts or have a limited selection...on a weekend morning. We're usually ready and willing to pay, but the lack ofconsistency in availability (and the sub-par customer service) makes us not even wanna try. Disappointed and hope they fix theirinventory issue.
