I have always loved the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich. I just went through the drive-through this visit. Service was fantastic, they... were extremely nice and attentive. It's worth it for a quick bite and they have good food here, it's not the same as Carl's Jr used to be. I enjoy the staff there,... parking is easy and the place is spotless. Cudos for their cleanliness, not my favorite but I'll keep going. Read more
Will not be wasting my money at this overpriced establishment any more! The burger was nasty and my daughter got ranch for her... fries and it was gross, almost like it was out of date. She also ordered the chicken strips and said they were horrible. Read more

Worst experience ever! I ordered a burger with just cheese, employee rang me up all fine and dandy. It took 30 minutes just to... get me my sandwich! And when I got home and opened up the bag what do I find but a sandwich with nothing but cheese, no burger.I frustratingly ate the sandwich because why not. 2 hours later I feel a warm feeling in my gut. I than proceeded to sit on thetoilet for the next 5 HOURS! VOMITING AND FINDING EVERYTHING I HAVE EATEN IN THE PAST 15 YEARS COME OUT THE OTHER END! FOR ACHEESE SANDWICH. By far the worst fast-food experience I have ever had, and I worked in the industry for 5 years. Not only was the lady taking my... order short and unpleasant, but I was also never given my total and could not understand her because she was so quiet. It took15 minutes just to get to the window were no one even bothered to greet me, apologize for the wait, or even come to the windowat all. Sat there for an additional 5 minutes then I had enough and went to McDonalds. The lack of caring about the job isridiculous, especially when you have customers willing to pay good money for food, they like that provide you a steady paycheck.I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Food was Luke warm at best,customer service sucked! Definitely slow with an idgaf attitude. Not worth the price
