Got no receipt, got home with things we paid for missing and just a box of fries and onions mixed together. Forgot the sauces i... paid for and said they definitely gave a receipt. Had to drive ALL the way back to confront them about this absurdness. Won't becoming back and neither should you. Update: they touched our food with bare hands after touching money. This is a great place to go for an inexpensive lunch or dinner- they take their expired coupons (limit of 2 per visit) and they... have some great deals! The crew at the Division location work their rears off and are also friendly and efficient. The whopperis still a filling and great-tasting burger with a flame grilled patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion.. also, their friesare some of the best for fast food, not skinny little stubby shoe strings like another Mc-restaurant.. enjoy! The drive through workers always sound devoid of life and talk to you so bluntly like they're upset that you even showed up.... When I got to the window to get my food a lady who I believe to be a manager just handed me the bag without even looking at meor saying a word and just completely ignored my existence and then I just drove off. It's comical how unfriendly they are. Notto mention how little my large fry was filled. Surprised people even come here, especially for the price. Read more

Clean and yet they expired the Burger King coupons - which are NEVER supposed to expire - So we don't go to this one. We LOVE... the Burger King in Newport , Wa. !!! All Burger King coupons welcome no matter how old they are. I respect their honesty !!! Read more
This BK is pretty awesome - their food is great but it's the service that really stands out. So many fast food places are... understaffed and so have opted to close earlier than normal. THIS fabulous spot has really good, efficient, polite and friendlystaff. Definitely try this location! Read more
I had redeemed a coupon for 2 small impossible burger meals through my Burger King rewards account in the app. At this location... they informed me that their system has an issue with these codes and after they spoke with the manager they informed me thatthere was nothing they could do about it. I?m too nice to say that I budgeted for a $14 meal, not a $24 meal, so I payed the $24($10 extra) and asked why there was nothing they could do? In which I was informed that I should have told the person workingthe headset when I ordered the meal, which I did, twice, although they failed to hear me both times even though they could hearme perfectly fine when I ordered. When I told the person working the window that I did do that they said ?well next time, makesure I?m the one working the headset and it will be wrung in right??. Lots wrong with that but overall, how am I supposed tomake sure they are working the headset? There will not be a next time, ive never had this issue with any other Burger Kinglocation before.
