Placed an order through the app. Drove ten miles to Burger King excited to try the ghost pepper whopper. They told me the... promotion ended two days ago, but yet it was still on the app and the advertisements were still up. A lady and a young man wereboth talking to me at the same time. One person asked what I wanted in exchange. I asked for a sandwich that was thirty centsmore. Then a third person chimed in and said I?m only allowed to get a whopper with cheese, which is almost $1.50 less that whatI paid for! Took 20 minutes from order to get to window, then waited another 5 minute for fries that were way past fresh and the whopper was... the same. Paying the prices we do the food should be fresh anyways, but the 5 minutes I waited for the food, we?re y?allwaiting til it was half past fresh before handing it out the window? Fast food is not cheap anymore. Pay the same amount to gosit down at Red Robin. So let?s make rhe quality match the price next time Read more
I will never eat at the Burger King near Pines and Sprague again. I went through the drive line and realized there were 7 cars... in front of me and nobody was moving so I backed up and decided to go in to the front counter. I ordered my food behind agentleman. After 20 minutes or so of waiting and watching the people behind the counter I was appalled. A man in front of mewaited a total of 27 minutes to get 2 large fries. While waiting the person who took our order apologize for the long waitseveral times. She said she was new and was her 1st day. She asked somebody to please get the gentleman's French fries, hes beenhere for well over 20 minutes and that's when it all started. The girl she asked had her hair up in a ponytail with blue greenhair and she totally yelled at the new person that she would wait until it was that order came up otherwise she would get tooconfused. The tention got so thick in there you could cut it with a butter knife. After many more derogatory comments from thegal in the back the new lady grabbed her purse and said I quit and walked out. She was in tears! All the while there was 5 to 7 customers standing at the counter upset waiting for their food forever. Horrible experience!!!! Read more
I do not eat fast food very often but BK brings me back to my childhood and was the only burger place my parents would stop at.... There doesnt seem to that many of them around anymore. This particular location is disgusting! I have never seen a BK so filthytop to bottom. Rude service, slow service and a nasty attitude. I would not go to this location and I cant believe BK is lettingthis go on. If this is a corporate store it should be shut down. Read more
To avoid drive thru - I ordered online thru app at 8:14pm for a pick up at 8:28. I arrived at 8:25 only to find the lobby closed... and forced to go thru drive thru behind 7 vehicles. I finally got to the speaker at 8:40 and actual window at 8:52 where I wasthen told the strawberry lemonade i ordered is not available at that location and no offer of any compensation or even a simpleapology for waiting over 30 minutes for my food then i continued to wait until 9:03 to get my food. I finally get home to eatand the burger I ordered was missing the added bacon and avocado spread that I paid for. Oh and in addition it got a smalldrinks in place of my large lemonade. Us, a group of one adult and four children, came to this location. The First Lady taking our order was taking it wrong, but we... didn?t say anything, then she randomly started SCREAMING and saying she was quitting because ?she can?t do anything right? (remember we didn?t even say she was doing it wrong ) then the other customer next to us was complaining that her order wascompletely wrong, so a young worker with blue hair yelled at her. Then the first worker walked by her and called her the b word.After that the blue haired worker told us we were ?rambling? and being ?too confusing? when we tried to explain ourselves shetold us to ?shut the f*&$ up? then she also said she was quitting. I used to come to BK for breakfast and they had the most amazing staff. Today our experience was completely different. The guy... that was on the drive through was so incredibly rude. We were ordering for several people and it sounded like he was annoyed byus ordering our food. Yes it's cheap food but we still expect to be treated kindly. Read more
