Very spacious location. We were seated quickly. Server was kind food was quick. The 3 stars are for the state of the restrooms.... Which were dirty and without towls. The order wasn't right but still good of course. Definitely loved the fried pickles. Read more
Normally the food is good and so is the wait staff? This night in particular the wait staff was not the best. It wasn?t really... busy. 1st our waitress informed us that the beer keg room was hot and they were pouring slow. And that the food wouldn?t comeout together and it was running wow. I ordered a beer the waitress asked if I wanted a big size or regular, I asked for regular,she brought me big? She asked if I wanted fries or tots, I asked for tots, I got fries. Why even ask?? I would leave a no star review but that?s not an option so I give it a one. To start off the service was absolutely horrible and... the waitress isn?t very good at her job we order a sample platter and 20 wings the sampler platter came out cold and not greattasting then it toke us about 20 minutes to get a refill on our drinks our wings finally came out 20 minimum after the drinksand we had only gotten 10 of them. It took us a long time to get the waitress order and told her we were missing ten of themand by then we were done and ready to walk out but we waited for the wings and when they came out there was bearly any sauce onthem I would not let those wings leave the kitchen the way they looked Overall it was a horrible experience. Whew! This place needs a thorough scrub down. Entering the doors, the smell of soiled stinky wet rug was prominent. I'd like to... ask management how often this place is steamed clean. We were not greeted as we entered the venue within the mall. Uponentering that door, there was a bench full of people waiting to pick up their to-go orders. After a few minutes standing, wesignaled a Greeter about 15ft away who was standing at a counter near the Main Entrance doors. We had to initiate the greeting,and had to ask for a table. The waitress was very forgetful and untruthful. She brought out a dish, and exclaimed she forgotutensils. She brought utensils, but forgot the sodas. After saying the wings "will be out in 3min", it came out in 10. DO NOTcome here for the burgers. The onion rings were more of a delight than the poorly seasoned patty & overall burger taste. Docome here if you like crispy well seasoned wings. That's what the name covers anyways, huh? 10pc was delicious. It was just ashame all the other factors/ experience of the place was poor. There's a ton of screens and large ones too. Venue is nicelylit. Table space is very close, that you'll hear your neighbor's every conversation and chew. Bathrooms are clean and smellbetter than the venue's entrance (Wow!). If you go, I'd sit far away from the doors next time. Maybe at the far end of the bar(far right while entering from the front door) while ordering JUST the wings. Picture is as is when the food came out.Disorganized and unappealing. 20 min wait...? The best part is that some in our group were wanting to drink, so we asked for the bar. They said no seats... available. Vaneee seated others in front of us. When we asked her about it, she was a bit out of sorts and didn't have ananswer. Very disorganized to say the least. We did get seated right away in one of the empty tables after we said something. Somaybe that's the key here. Complain and you'll get seated. It was the handicap seat so maybe they think I'm special. Read more
This Buffalo Wild Wings location did not disappoint. The tables were a little tight together but other than that, everything was... great. The bathrooms were clean but the changing table in the Women?s bathroom is not level, so be careful with your littleones. Food was beyond expectations and simply delicious. It truly hit the spot! Server was slow to greet us but made up for itby his kindness and efficiency. Overall, not a bad experience and definitely recommended! Read more
I've have not been here in about 10 years the food was great. I went on Thursday and it's 2x on boneless wings. We also got a... chicken wrap it was pretty good my wings personally were a little over cooked but the teriyaki on them add the moisture that thewing was missing. My party's server was very polite and was very helpful. Over all I say 4 because I went In for the first timeand planned getting wings but the wings were way smaller then they use to be. Read more
Started out with their everything but the bagel seasoned pretzel knots served with beer cheese & Dijon honey mustard. ... Definitely recommend! I had the Asian Zing traditional bone in wings,which are up higher on the spicy scale. ! Nice crispy skin,a good coating of sauce, served with ranch & celery. Yummmm ????
