Food is okay, airway heights location could work on cleaning off tables. We have been into the Airway Heights location over a... handful of times and tables are rarely cleaned off. I am always wiping crumbs off the table we want to use. Other than that thefood is great. Read more
We pulled up and asked what oil was used to fry the fries as my husband is vegan and no info was online. The girl responded with... ?we dip them in oil.? Then we asked no what oil do you cook them in. She responded ?I don't know maybe soy oil?. This didn'thelp much by a maybe but we could tell she was young so we just went with it. Then we pull up to drive through window and girlis pulling up her pants and playing with stomach with the gloves she had on to prepare my sandwich. Then the whole time wewaited for food the girls were giggling and looking at us as the peaked their heads around the corner. Playing on their cellphones showing the boys something. Then we get our water cups they have no lids or straws. Finally get our food and ask forketchup and napkins. No napkins in the bag. The ketchup has a honey like stickiness on every packet. Glad we got the napkins!Then the sandwich was literally wet like they dipped the bread in water. I love eating here and this was just a horribleexperience. They need someone over the age of 16 working in there. I mean come on. Who knows what the heck they were laughing atmade me not want to eat my soggy sandwich thinking they did something to it. There is no reason to eat any other fast food burger. Hands down the best burger in the area.
For a new restaurant they don't keep things clean. Even though we were the first customers of the day, the drink station,... multiple tables and the baskets for the food was all dirty. Wouldnt come back here. Food was okay but not worth the grosscleaning issues. Read more

First time eating at a Bruchi's and definitely liked it. Very clean and the staff was friendly. Decided to go with a... cheesesteak and the cashier suggested the Peppersteak version for me. It has jalapeños & pepperocinis so it was right up myalley. I got the smaller one, but it was still plenty. Taste was great, but did get soggy and messy at the bottom of the breadpretty quickly. The filling could probably stand less of whatever the cooking lubricant is or to be drained slightly beforegoing on the bread.The bread also had some cold spots like it wasn't toasted/heated/whatever thoroughly, but that wasn't a bigdeal. I'm being nitpicky, but it was still a good sandwich. The only other thing that might have been nice was maybe a combo ormeal option. It seemed like everything is individually ordered, so a packaged deal for a meal would be a nice option. Not that Ineeded fries/chips/etc, but had the option been there I would have got it just to try the fries. Since no meal was displayed, Ijust got a sandwich and drink. I guess thank you for helping me not overeat? I'm not from here, but will probably stop in againthis week just to try something else if time allows. Ordered a french dip, an Italian and large fries to share. French dip tasted like the griddle, they forgot the sauce on the... Italian and the fries had no flavor, nor salt. I ordered the large fries and they were half full. What's going on at thislocation. Nothing like the old bruchis at North town mall. I hope the owners see this and correct these issues. Read more
