Brachis has went WAY downhill. I ordered a large club. They use half the meat they used to and the roast beef was thick and... fatty. I had to take the roast beef off and then combine the halves into one. Then it finally felt like the old sandwich. Exceptthis time for the price of a 12?, I got a 7?. I made my order 3 times making sure barbecue sauce would be added to my cheesesteak sandwich. Sill the sandwich had no barbecue... sauce. The people at the window just don't pay attention!!!. My sandwich was adequate, but not exceptional. I bet it would be better if it wasn't right before closing time. My boyfriend had... very bad g.i. distress 2 hours after eating his sandwich, perhaps unrelated. Still delicious. Read more
Mixed bag with quality. Had a great sandwich once, the next 2 visits it was dry and literally no filling in the last 2 inches... of bread. 12 inch steak and cheese was more like 8 inches with some extra bread. Read more
We come here at least once a month, usually every other week. It?s THE BEST roast Turkey sub in the state. And the fries are so... delicious. I dream about bruchis. I?ve been coming here for ten years. Always awesome. This location is consistently great. Read more
Once again I came to order a sandwich not thinking the same thing could happen twice. Well, was I ever wrong. Pulled up to order... and was greeted by the young lady telling me that they were out of bread. I wasn't sure if I heard her correctly, thinking shesaid a certain type of bread. No, she replied with "we are out of all the bread". I might be wrong, but this seems like verypoor management to me. The next person that got on the speaker must've been the shift lead/supervisor or whatever they callthemselves here. I stated that it seems that they don't want to make any food. She blamed the day crew for not setting them upand that if she started making bread now it wouldn't be done till 8:30. This was at 7pm. If I were the owner of this franchise Iwould replace the management staff of this establishment and teach them how a clock works. At the very least I would have themlook up what time management was. This sandwich shop never seems to have bread. This was the 3rd time in a row they had no bread. Also there customer service is... absolutely terrible as well! My wife loves the food. However when it comes to any part except cooking, the staff is completely incompetent in any other... aspect. My wife called several times to try and order. Instead of taking the call they would answer then hang up. Multiplepeople are asking when they will get their food as they have been waiting for some time.
