Just wanted to leave a review the two young ladies that were working on Thursday night were amazing I got a little upset and was... pretty rude and that wasn?t acceptable and I provided great service and my reaction definitely wasn?t a reflection on them and Iwas just anytime you need some ice cream from Baskin Robbins go through and see those two young ladies tip them well Read more

Called Thursday to ask about ordering icecream cake, you can't order on line at this store. I was told to come by Friday as they... need 24 hours notice. Came in Friday and was told nothing could be made until Monday. This was told to me by the cake maker. Shewas going hime later that day and wouldnt be making any more. Thanks for nothing. Done supporting this local business. Read more

????? a minute ago Went to Baskin Robbins to celebrate my daughter's accomplishment. Rene helped us. I ordered a scoop of peanut... butter and chocolate. Sat down to enjoy my ice cream and get a bite of peanut butter with my chocolate but there was no peanutbutter to be found. I literally dug through the whole scoop. My husband kindly brought it back up and asked if she would addsome peanut butter. Instead of apologizing and just giving me another $2 scoop of ice cream she decided to argue with him. Shebrought him over to the container and showed him that she scooped some of the peanut butter "ribbon" into my scoop. My husbandvery politely said, "feel free to dig through the scoop. There is not peanut butter in here." To which she replied very rudely,"well it must have got ground up." Ummm, no, there was NO peanut butter in there. I only had taken one bite. She did not offerme a new scoop or a different flavor so my husband had to ask. She rolled her eyes and scooped me a dish of reese's peanutbutter cup and then literally slammed it on the counter. No apology, nothing. Our family usually goes here twice a month but notanymore. Time to move to The Scoop where employees are nice and care about their customers. Too bad that an employee ruined itand the business owner is the one to suffer. I see that someone had a similar experience 9 months ago on the reviews. Read more

The south Hill location is the one we visit most often and they are great! Beware of the store on Monroe however - Unlike other... BR stores, the heavy guy (he says he is the owner of the store ) makes you pay before serving the ice cream at the till, then hescoops a much smaller portion than the others - such as the South Hill, Valley on Sprague, and in Coeur d'Alene. These three areconsistent with portions and prices. Read more
