The store is clean and cakes were over the top awesome and the employees were the best.
First off I have been frequent customer of this Baskin Robbins store, going there at minimum once per week, usually much more. I... just went to get a cappuccino blast, Chocolate shake and a fresh pack with my wife and had $62 dollars but was told that I wasonly able to spend $12 of my $62 because they can't take bills larger than $20 and wouldn't wait for me to get change across thestreet as they were 5 mins from closing. So I asked if they would make me a deal for just the drinks since they were alreadymaking the drinks explaining that I had only $12 aside from the $50. I was told I could get a small shake and the med cappuccinoblast for $14.88.....I gave my wife the money for her cappuccino blast and left in disgust. Went to Yokes and bought stuff formaking my own shakes and I won't be patronizing Baskin Robbins any longer. Read more
My husband just picked us up a treat, I took a bite of the delicious Oreo s?mores, only to find a few bites in a piece of paper... or cotton IN the ice cream- not only that but the cone was as stale as a piece of bread left out for weeks. So disappointed.Usually love this place for its friendliness and cleanliness but now I?m honestly kind of grossed out. Read more
This was our first time here, my boyfriend and I both got a waffle cone ice cream between 9 and 9:30 p.m. on 6/25/22 . There was... a blonde serving us, and her bangs were not tied back, her hair kept getting so close to everyone's Ice cream and Ice cream coneas she served everyone . Our waffle cones also tasted stale, which really messed up the whole experience for us. I gave onestar, only because I had to, maybe we will try a different location next time. Read more

Terrible customer service experience tonight at a location we generally frequent for our fav flavors. My daughters birthday and... we went in to grab some dessert but the young blonde woman helping us wouldn?t honor her free scoop bday cone because she didn?thave the app. Super disappointing honestly, especially after being told you have to have the app months in advance to get thebday cone. We even asked if we could show her identification and she still said no. Not everyone is technologically savvy orallowed (when a child like in this instance) to have a cell phone with an app. Do better Baskin?. Read more
Buying ice cream is supposed to be fun. And the servers at this location are marvelous at making a customer feel important and... valued. The customer service was what everyone would expect from a store that has the best ice cream. Read more
