I went to Jack In The Box this morning to get my son some French toast. I was told to go to the 1st window to pay. When I... realized I had forgotten my credit card. A young lady named Jasmine was waiting on me. I told her I had forgotten my creditcard. She told me she would pay for it. I told her that I would return to pay her back. She said that's ok. My order was $6.22cents. I returned back and gave her a $10.00 bill. That is by for going above and beyond for a customer. I am 66 years old anddisabled. This is the best customer service I have experienced in 66 years of life. (BY this young lady, Ms. Jasmine.) Thank youMs. Jasmine, and God Bless. To the Owner or Mgr.: I think this young lady should receive a raise and given a promotion. Retracting my old review this place was a 2 star location to me it wasn't that great at all. But the on staff people on... 08/15/2022 at 12:30am really suprised me. Food was 5 out 5 the buns where fresh this time meat wasn't hard and over cooked likeprevious times. they where quick with orders and double check to make sure i needed anything. I pulled up to the order box and the little girl told me to wait one second, I didn't have a problem with that at first but... after 7 minutes had gone by and there was no line in front of me any longer I was getting a little frustrated. I said hello andshe admitted to forgetting that I was in line even though there were five people behind me, once I ordered I had to wait another10 minutes for my food... The girl had an attitude at the window, and forgot that I had asked for no ice in my drink. Haven't eaten at a Jack in the box in over a year. We were super happy to see one and couldn't wait to eat there. I tried the... spicy chicken strip. I was disappointed with them. The wife was very happy with the sourdough meal. The best part was thetacos...even better than we remembered. The dinning room was clean and service was good. Read more
