I went to Jack In The Box this morning to get my son some French toast. I was told to go to the 1st window to pay. When I... realized I had forgotten my credit card. A young lady named Jasmine was waiting on me. I told her I had forgotten my creditcard. She told me she would pay for it. I told her that I would return to pay her back. She said that's ok. My order was $6.22cents. I returned back and gave her a $10.00 bill. That is by for going above and beyond for a customer. I am 66 years old anddisabled. This is the best customer service I have experienced in 66 years of life. (BY this young lady, Ms. Jasmine.) Thank youMs. Jasmine, and God Bless. To the Owner or Mgr.: I think this young lady should receive a raise and given a promotion. Retracting my old review this place was a 2 star location to me it wasn't that great at all. But the on staff people on... 08/15/2022 at 12:30am really suprised me. Food was 5 out 5 the buns where fresh this time meat wasn't hard and over cooked likeprevious times. they where quick with orders and double check to make sure i needed anything. Haven't eaten at a Jack in the box in over a year. We were super happy to see one and couldn't wait to eat there. I tried the... spicy chicken strip. I was disappointed with them.
