Haven't been back in over a year from having numerous bad customer experiences. Thought I would give them another try since they... are less than a mile away. Went two days this week to purchase a couple of slices, both times a bad experiences again. Horriblecustomer service, both times, with no other customers in the store. They don't acknowledge you when you come to the counter toorder, you need to ask for help and then wait 20 minutes to get a slice of pre-made pizza. One girl was behind the counterfolding shirts, I was completely ignored. Another girl walked by me 3 times before asking if I needed help.The pizza is not eventhat good. I will never go to this location again. I would rather drive the extra 6 miles and go to a pizza place that serves itcustomers right and has good pizza. Read more

Honestly I absolutely love Perry's Pizza I grew up with Mike Perry. The original owner, and have always been amazed with the... performance he has made out of the pizzeria because it is no ordinary pizzeria joint legit. The food is always on point theservice is always on fire and the food is just genuinely fresh all the time my favorite thing is the cleanliness though howeverI will have to say this past Friday evening when I was in there the kids that were working the counter be deliveries and tryingto rush out of there I'm sure plans however in the meantime for an hour and 10 minutes and in addition to that the vocabularyand use of words and language that I heard in there was extremely non-professional. I always give a true statement on my post,more times than that actually 100% of the time it is always very positive never negative so I hope nobody will find negativityin going to Perry's Pizza anywhere because the food is outstanding however on this particular evening at the Spencer Courtlocation in language was ridiculous very very very unprofessional three young boys too young girls I hate judging a book by itscover however they showed their age that night and not acting professionals Read more
I always try and stop at Perri's at least once every time I return to Spencerport from Ohio, I've never been disappointed... :) (Most all Ohio pizzerias just don't measure up!!) Read more
