The clam chowder in a mug really spoke to my cutsie-loving heart. I love that the old 1950's diner is still attached to the new... space and they still have the old menu on the wall. Our server was so nice and I had a great haddock lunch here. I hope I can goback again one day soon and try their other diner foods, especially their original recipe menu items. Read more
We have been to Charlie's diner many times, today the service was excellent as always, our eggs, toast and hash were good, small... portions though, both of our home fries were too salty to eat. We made the waitress aware, she would let the kitchen know andgave my husband a large glass of water. A replacement of home fries or credit should have been offered neither were. Me and a group of 15 of my friends went in this morning and they were so accommodating and nice. I got a bloody mary( it could... have used more horseradish IMO) a cup of french onion soup ( absolutely delicious) and the fish and chips( the french fries werea little soggy)the fish was perfect cooked.
