There was a hair in my food and the locks in the bathroom don?t work. The waiters ignore you and don?t check on you at all. My... fiancé and I both got the wrong dish before the hair even was found in the second one. The waitress had a bad Attitude. I willnever visit again. Read more

We just ate at Monterrey?s?. I have absolutely only great things to say! Service was amazing, food was perfect. If I could give... more than 5 stars I would. Miguel was our server, very attentive, extremely friendly, answered all of our questions and helpedus decide what to get. He made great suggestions for us and they all turned out great. We're picky eaters, but we enjoyed our visit here. The food was good, the service was fast, but left a little to be desired.... Ordered a simple dish that had an option of tortillas to come with it and I mentioned I would like the tortillas. It was broughtto me without, but the waiter kindly asked if I wanted them and I said yes, then still never received them. I stated it asclearly as possible, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me anyways. Atmosphere left a little to be desired as well. If you justwant quick service and a good meal then this place is just fine. If you enjoy a great experience to go along with the meal thenyou might be better off elsewhere. We came to town to do some shopping and ask some locals on where to eat, and they highly recommended eating at Monterrey. When... we got there, we were seated promptly, even though they were quite busy. We had the most sweetest waitress, Maria who was veryattentive to our table and made sure our experience was a good one. The food is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this placeto anybody in the area. Definitely coming back! Read more
