vERY BAD PRIME RIB SANDWICH'S. Ordered 2 They came soggy hogie bun dripping with red and green peppers , nine pieces of meat... cut into 1/2 pieces, no taste to it, tasting a wet pepper sandwich. We ordered a pretty normal order, but it was late and we had just picked up my youngest sister after she had worked and the very... kind worker Sydney was very patient when I only had most of the cash and needed to pay with my card as well, she was verypatient and we got very warm and fresh mozzarella sticks. 10/10 Sydney needs a raise and the cook. I got the buffalo chicken wrap. My 3yr old could wrap it better. It was like they just through it in the center of the wrap and... then folded it like a present but you had your 1yr old wrap it. I love Arby's, but this location was a huge disappointment! Poor customer service, room temperature fries and sandwich, and no... sauce added to the bag! My 4 year old took a bite if his chicken nugget and said it was too hard and crunchy. I tried it and itwas ridiculous and barely edible. went to arbys friday night went thru the drive thru we had our dogs with us, the 3 girls who were workin were so nice they gave... our dogs some whip cream and were just amazing with their customer service, please let them know I appreciate how nice they weren give them a bonus or something, and the food and chocolate shakes were very good!!! we will be back Read more
