I've shared before that Lucky's 13 is my favorite spot and definitely our go to spot. I am usually very pleased with the service... and quality of food. My wife and I were this past Saturday night and it was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The waitress droppedmy whole pizza on the floor just as she got to our table. I was expecting maybe a slight discount for the extra 25 minutes waitfor a fresh pizza, but got nothing. She brought us the ticket and then never came back to our table for the next 2 hrs that wewere there. She didn't stop to see if we needed refills or anything, just ignored us. Nothing was bad but its just not great. The hickory burger was fine. It's inside a Holiday Inn so they probably get business... regardless. The wait was fast as I was the only person there. Just OK but it was convenient and not to pricey if you're alreadyat the hotel. Read more

I?m from out of town, roughly 6 hours?and I was on the bar side Sunday night. Then food was excellent and the service was 10/10.... The server, with the dirty blonde hair was perfect, was very friendly to my wife and I! Can?t wait to stop in again when we areback in town. Read more
1st and foremost, the popcorn they give out is so freaking amazing and addicting. What is the secret? You are able to take a... gallon size bag with you and I'm telling you, you'll go back for more! The food was pretty good also. We were part of the bikergroup a few weeks ago and they were amazing at putting up with us. We ate here several times that week. Read more
I hardly ever rate any restaurants poorly, but this place was just a poor experience. The service was mediocre and the only... thing worth 2 stars. I ordered a Ribeye steak rare and you can see what I received. It was not worth the $33 price tag. I'd havea hard time paying $10 for it. For what it's worth they did comp it from the bill though. We never got our drinks refilled andthe server was inexperienced and overwhelmed and should have had help. Read more
This restaurant is terrible. We reserved the private party room for my mother surprise party three weeks in advance. When we... arrived we were told there was no reservation and our name was not written down. The room was empty and vacant. We asked tostill use the room since it wasn?t in use and the told us we could not use it since we didn?t have a reservation. They made ussetting the open dining room. While ordering food I was skipped over for drinks and appetizers. I had to flag one of thewaitresses down after the fact just to order a drink and an appetizer. I got my appetizer but still never got my Diet Coke.Almost a half hour later I asked again for my Diet Coke and I was told ?they?re getting it ready?. Once all of our main disheswere ordered they messed up 4 of the dishes when we received them. While waiting for our food my father in law asked for themanager 3 times before someone would come out to talk to us. They still refused to honor the reservation even with the roomvacant. Read more
