As is what you should expect in terms of fast food, Zaxby's is one of the few places left that adhere to a higher standard than... other similar places. The food is almost always identical to each place. This in and of itself is becoming difficult. Fast foodsurprises me often, in negative matter mainly because following a recipe is what all the restaurant franchises are supposed todo. This is however usually not the case. However this Zaxby's is one of the few left that I have not gotten a bad meal from. Read more

Food is very good, but the restaurant itself needs to be cleaned, they don't clean at all after people leave.

Foods okay. Later in the day the oils smells burnt but I'll still eat it. The part that's one star is waiting 30-40 mins for... ???? and a few tenders. Ruined my work lunch and had to get a refund. Pay your workers a livable wage so you can have the staffto provide the customer service in a timely manner. The dinner room is always full of litter. Avoid during rush hrs. Read more

First there was a complication with the app fine that's okay. Second ask for hard fry teriyaki wings they didn't put any sauce... on plus soggy to the point where we threw them away. All of the fries were cold barely cooked . Then to top it all off a hair inmy food. Read more

The staff was very argumentative with each other. The manager did not act as if she cared about her job or the customers. We... waited almost 35 minutes for our food. The staff was consistently messing up customer orders. Needless to say, we will not bereturning to this restaurant. Read more

Wouldn?t even give a 1-star review. After a 15-20 minute wait in the drive-thru, they sent some kids out to say that they closed... (at 9:55 after waiting for 15-20 minutes). Whoever was working tonight, needs to be spoken to. We were told that their ?fryer isacting up,? are you kidding me. You have multiple fryers, and you turned them off early. It isn?t that they didn?t ?work,? it?sthat every worker there tonight was lazy. I have worked so many years in food service, and this instance is not excusable. Theywouldn?t answer the phone before 10pm either to speak. The excuses they gave were laughable. Do better and answer your phonecalls. Waiting to hear from a manager that cares about this establishment closing early, or the corporation can be contacted. Read more

The staff needs a lesson in customer service (Specially the cashiers). Then while dining in, two of the workers (male and... female) came to the dining room for break time. They sat in a booth across from my family and they sat there and was making outwith each other the entire time. VERY good example to set for the business. Read more
