Very rude employees! Went in waited in line! They helped 2 customers in front of me and when it came my turned the 2 employees... walked away acted like they never saw me and I was invisible! I said excuse me? Can I get some help? I had online order! Nevergot acknowledge! If they had do something they should say I be with you but not one word! Then they said we only have sweet tea,I said Thankyou I will take sweet tea! I didn?t get apology or word from them! Those employees had an attitude at that location!I will not return! its zaxbys so its good. but this location always serves cold wings and takes to much priority over online and door dash orders.... You will wait 30 mins sometimes inside if a big doordash comes through. They often also wont bring out the tea for some reasonso anytime you need a refill you gotta go up front and hope someone is available to get you a refill. All in all decent enoughbut prefer boiling springs or westside. Read more

I enjoy the taste of the food, but all I want to know, is that if I order the club sandwich, I?m going to get the ?club... sandwich?. No bacon or cheese on the sandwich. Went inside to order our supper. Ordered my son and I some white cheddar bites. We get them quickly which was great. Get to the... car and open the box. There's 12 in there and no sauce. Really? My son goes in and asks for sauce... was told they don't haveany. Really, again? Love this place but tonight they really left alot to be desired. Read more

This is my 3rd time ordering from this location and being disappointed. I get the great 8 and always get an extra sauce on the... side because there is never enough on the wings. I had to doordash this time due to lack of time, so I was unable to check if Ihad my sauce. Not only did I not get the extra sauce, I didn?t get ranch, and the sauce on the wings is pretty much dry. Alsodid not get a straw or silverware to eat with. I?d like to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to ordering duringlunch rush, but this is the 3rd time that it?s been wrong and the times in which I go have varied. Have yet to have a positive experience at this location and tonight was no different. They messed up taking the order through... the intercom we got to the window and corrected the cashier who also proceeded to mess up the order. My husband went inside toreturn the food they charged us for that we did not want and told them to take off, good thing too because they didn?t give uspart of our order we actually wanted. The young lady working the front counter was very helpful. Once he got back the car ichecked the bag only to find out we never got our sauces either. So back in i went. The only one that seemed to be working wasthe young lady that helped my husband (she also helped me) There was 3 girls over in drive thru and two of them we playingaround and joking and not paying attention to their job (including the one who takes the orders for drivethru so imagine that?swhy she messed up the order to begin with). I previously worked fast food for many years including as a manager. I 100%understand mistakes happen and that it can be hard to hear through the speaker but that was not the case tonight.
