This location is wonderful, my food is always correct and cooked to perfection. The staff are helpful and you can tell they are... trying their best. The wait time is sometimes a little longer if you walk in or it is later in the evening but that isunderstandable. I recommend ordering on their app. The owner is very friendly as well! I tried the delivery for the first time and the food was on time and hot. However, I got the wrong order - instead of 10 pc wing... combo, I got a plain chicken sandwich. There was no way to communicate with the driver so I called the store at least 15 timesbut the call would go straight to hold every time. I finally decided to drive to the place myself to speak with a supervisorabout my order. Morgan was very professional and apologized for the mistake, and quickly took care of my order. The food wasgreat, the customer service from Morgan was great, but the fact that no one was answering the phone when I called and had tophysically drive over there to correct the problem after spending $25 for my order including delivery fee and tip was a bitfrustrating- hence the 4 stars. Overall though, I realize mistakes are inevitable with the large amount of orders they get on aFriday night and appreciate the way they handled it. I?ll be back. Read more
Ordered doordash and apparently the dasher "disappeared" after picking up the food so doordash resubmitted the order canceling... the first order. They then rejected the 2nd order. Needless to say this is not the first issue. I don't recommend gettingdelivery much less going to the store. Read more
I order from Wingstop a lot! They use DoorDash to deliver. One experience that I had with them is the Dasher left my order at... the wrong address. When the Dasher noticed the mistake he went and picked it up and delivered it to my address. By the time Igot my order the safety seals were broken, the the bags were disheveled and the food and dips were all over the place. I calledWingstop and the manager gave me a credit that replaced the whole meal. He hesitated but I told him to check my phone number inhis system to see how much I order from their restaurant. I told him that I was a loyal customer and that I?d never received anorder like that and I didn?t feel like it was safe. My credit was over $80 and to this day I am still a loyal customer. Read more
I ordered 2 wing combos. The fries were greasy, not cooked completely, and no fry seasoning on them. I called the restaurant and... they told me to come back and replace. I got back in my car and returned to the restaurant. The picture attached is myreplacement! Same result as before just cooked a little darker. My son & I threw them away!!! Read more
Cashier was not friendly. Normally when you go somewhere to place a to go order, you are asked for a name to be called by when... your order is ready. We were not. Our ticket only said "means". By the time our food was ready it, the cook wasn't so friendlygiving us our order. My husband has been bragging about the food here for a while now. And I'm kinda disappointed. Not sure whyanyone would put hot wings and bbq wings in the same tray. Wings were hot, fries warm. Music could've been turned down just alittle bit. Atmosphere isn't too bad. Kinda laid back. Came in here today to eat and the employees seem nice but the guy standing at the cash register seem annoyed. We was ordering... while we was ordering he kept getting our order wrong so we had to repeat it four times for him to understand. Then we told himcan we get all flats for our chicken wings the guy told us no we don?t do it On Saturdays . I?ve been to good wings stops n badand they all done it for me before no matter what day it was. So we asking him why and he ignored my question n just continueto ask questions about our order. Idk who the manager is for this location but this is not customer service. To top it off thestore was horrible l! Trash on floor. Ice on the floor so someone can slip and fall. This is not the first time my order has been this bad! Why would you send out burnt fries?? Literally no seasoning just crusty... burnt fries. And that?s the main reason I order from wing stop! The wings were under cooked drenched in bbq sauced. I know nowto order plain if I decide to go back. Because every time I buy food it becomes a waste! Do better and quality food needs to beserved!!
