I enjoy Wendy's chilli always their salads are great also. Due to business service was a little slow but otherwise good
I went through the drive thru and did not get all of my order. Lobby doors were locked and had to go back through the drive thru... line. When I got to the window I was asked for details so they could find my ticket. This was frustrating, if they had provideda receipt to me originally it would have been much simpler. I just got fries. It was 11 pm. I was the second car in line and it took 20 minutes. They were hot which is good. But I also... asked for salt and he forgot from the time I asked while he fixed my drink. Either way, I got what I came for. Read more
Had a mobile order which took a long time to get it to go through for some reason, when it did it said to go to drive through... and tell them I have a mobile order. After sitting in a long line (people were pulling off because it was taking so long) Ifinally got to the speaker and sat there for about 15 minutes then I told them I had a mobile order and they told me I had tocome inside to get it. If I hadn't already paid I would have left but I went in and had to wait another 15 minutes to get myorder and they had to remake an item because it was wrong. I love this Wendy's location,my food is always hot. And the strawberry lemonade,i promise they put alot of love in to it... compared to other locations. Wendy's on east main quickly became my favortie over the pine street location (attitudes areridiculous here), i refuse to go to any other location near my gouse except this one when i need a quick lunch and the breakfastis always good as well. I ordered 2 strawberry chicken salads and 2 singles w/cheese for my parents the other night. I asked for extra dressing when I... ordered. Cashier who took my order wasn't very friendly, took my money and kept it moving. Never received a receipt. Got to thewindow to get my food. Everything was correct except they didn't give me the extra dressing. I asked and was told that's all thedressing they have. That they don't have anymore. Went just now to try and have breakfast. Walked in dinning room. Was told it was not opened when the sign clearly says 9am. No... sign on door saying it was closed like the other day when i was there for lunch!!. Will not be back DAVE is rolling over!! Read more
Nothing to put ketchup in and no napkins. The people working didn't act like they were too happy to be there. The burger was... okay but not as good as it used to be. The french fries were hot but I didn't have any ketchup. Read more
