I enjoy Wendy's chilli always their salads are great also. Due to business service was a little slow but otherwise good
I went through the drive thru and did not get all of my order. Lobby doors were locked and had to go back through the drive thru... line. When I got to the window I was asked for details so they could find my ticket. This was frustrating, if they had provideda receipt to me originally it would have been much simpler. I just got fries. It was 11 pm. I was the second car in line and it took 20 minutes. They were hot which is good. But I also... asked for salt and he forgot from the time I asked while he fixed my drink. Either way, I got what I came for. Read more
Had a mobile order which took a long time to get it to go through for some reason, when it did it said to go to drive through... and tell them I have a mobile order. After sitting in a long line (people were pulling off because it was taking so long) Ifinally got to the speaker and sat there for about 15 minutes then I told them I had a mobile order and they told me I had tocome inside to get it. If I hadn't already paid I would have left but I went in and had to wait another 15 minutes to get myorder and they had to remake an item because it was wrong.
