I am writing a new review after receiving PHENOMENAL service by the manager Tiffany and the Cashier Aly who were absolute... wonderful when I came in to let them know about my deplorable experience with a nighttime employee a few days ago. Rather thanallow losing me as a customer, Tiffany immediately took ownership of something she didn?t even do, and made everything right.This is my normal experience. Based on Uber pickup. The restaurant was clean. All employees looked to be doing their jobs, the ones I interacted with were... very nice. The food smelled great. Big parking lot. Decent amount of seating. Read more
Burger joint that charges for high end ingredients but doesn't use high end ingredients. Bacon was microwave ???? how hard is... fresh bacon? The $4.99 extra for tater tots/french fries and a drink is ridiculous. The burger was good but not worth the $10they charged for it. $55 for two adults and a kid. Very yummy place to eat with family or friends. The burgers are very good!!! Highly recommended
On our way home from Florida, we passed through Spartanburg and decided to get a brief lunch at Wayback burgers. I?ve never had... it before and It always looked good so here?s my experience: Pros: The food was honestly pretty good. The burger was hot andcooked really well. It certainly doesn?t top the best burgers I?ve had but it still was a good burger! The fries were extrafresh and tasty too. I additionally got a milkshake in the end and that was insanely good too. Cons: My only issue is that theywere pretty slow at getting orders out. That should probably be addressed at some point. Despite that, this was still a goodexperience. Read more
Phenomenal food every time. The building has plenty of parking. The inside of the establishment is usually kept clean, and the... staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is cooked fresh to order and is always delicious; they definitely put care intothe food here. If you're looking for a good burger and fixins, definitely put this place on your list. The food here is always amazing. Perfectly crisp onion rings, buttery toasted buns, and high quality ingredients. The shakes are... phenominal too. The only thing I dislike about Wayback Burgers is the high prices, but I guess that's to be expected given thequality. I still think it's very woth it and give them 5 stars!! Read more
