I'm not sure if it's a lack of care in the work that you do or what but this is the last time I order something that cost 7.50... and it comes looking like it went through a storm that's how I got my Mexican pizza, how hard is it to get people the food theyordered and it not look like it does and the meat in the tacos at times has no flavor. This is the second time we?ve received stale taco shells. Barely any cheese on the cheesy roll ups they weren?t even warm. The... girl taking orders couldn?t pay attention long enough to finish taking my order. The fact we have had stale food twice now makeswe wonder how things are being stored. I don't know what the fuss is all about being happy on getting these taco bell pizza back. This one here was a hot nasty... mess. Never buy this again not for that price. Definitely wasn't fresh. And I love taco bell. It's certain ones you have to gotoo and some base on the time of the day. I do recommend Taco Bell but the choice of which one is up to you. Read more
Visited the Taco Bell on Asheville Hwy (store #027335) at 6:26pm on a Tuesday on a whim. When I pulled up, I was immediately... greeted in such a professional and personable way that I was wowed! I placed my order and was offered an upsell of doubling thebeef and I gladly added it. Got to the window and I just had to ask who this guy was bc man, he was DYNAMIC and SUPERPROFESSIONAL, yet super PERSONABLE! Found out his name is Kevin! Y?all, Kevin is an outstanding example of what it?s like totreat people right bc it?s the way you want to be treated! I made sure to let him and his manager know that I?d be leaving areview! And if you?ve seen any of my other reviews, I keep it HONEST! I?ve had some not so great Taco Bell experiences beforebut honestly, Kevin has given me HOPE again for the fast food industry-especially now that prices have increased everywhere andquality customer service has decreased. For this to be a random stop, it was DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Thanks Kevin for the amazingcustomer service and the awesome communication! Also, the food was GREAT!
