It's getting better. They are remodeling the store a little bit at a time and it has improved alott. Keep it up.

Anything that I seem to have wanted done to my sandwich was all out I asked for sprinkle cheese and we can't use sprinkle cheese... because we use that in our salads and we always run out is the issue or the answer that I was told then on top of that thesprinkle cheese is the cheese that is used for the cheddar bacon ranch which is what I got so I will not be going back Read more
Manager was there when I went. I had a coupon for a $5.99 footlong that says it excludes any XL or extra meat sandwich. They... said it could only be used for a list of about 8 sandwiches (the cheapest ones) and did not apply to the steak and cheese orchicken footlongs, mainly only the processed meat sandwiches. While making the sandwich, I asked for more black olives and morepickles and was granted a few extra with an obviously disgusted look. At the end, I asked for a cup of sweet onion sauce, alsoseemed irritated about this also. When rung up, the coupon was not included and I payed full price. Only after running my carddid I realize it and challenge the charge. Then I was given back the difference. Overall not a good experience. I dislike it the fact that we asked a simple request like put onions on a slider sandwich and the employee wants to argue with... you. Besides I asked for monterey jack and the employee wanted to argue with me that it was pepper jack! So I am dissatisfied.The subway was very clean otherwise I would give it a one star review!
