Came here previously in the past where it was only one customer there ordering food I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes... so I decided to go inside they weren?t doing anything but talking. Their attitudes and customer service is horrible. They rolltheir eyes and act annoyed but idk why when they are never busy !!? Subway is known for their good soft cookies not thisone..Cookies so hard you could break a tooth. I asked the workers when the cookies were made and the worker claimed that sameday ..I know how fresh cookies taste. Subway is going to close down if they continue with this type of service. This place is a joke and a disgrace to your branding!! They close whenever they take a notion to do so. Placed an online order... (which they use DoorDash) and when the driver got there, they were closed...at 3:30 in the afternoon! I went thru the drivethur last week @ 7:50 pm to place an order and was told they were closed bc the early shift didn't do all they were supposed toso they were closing early to do their job!! Their advertised hours are until 9pm and the "drive thru open" sign was on. WTH???? Read more
I used to brag about the costumer service at this location but the past couple months it has been down right rude! They don?t... make your sandwiches right at all. Don?t pay for double protein- they won?t do it. They refuse to comply with the request in thecomments (ie because I have toddlers I ask the sandwiches to be cut into four pieces) absolutely awful attitudes with everyinteraction. Listen to the bad reviews they are so accurate an hour before closing time listed on door and they are locking up saying they... are closed. Out of tons of items and don't listen to you on how much you want. Attitude was very rude and apparently bigfamilies have to order catering if more then 5 subs? The one guy acted like he was going to fight because the people behind uswanted 6 subs for them and there 4 kids like that was so unreasonable. Told them had to be a catering order and they were tobusy to make all them when no one else was there but them and us. I got a protein bowl (spicy Italian) with no lettuce, and NO Meat, except the bacon I paid $1.50 for. Both my kids sandwiches... had the cheese and some vegetables missing, barely any meat. My husbands was missing vegetables. He picked up here, from work,but drove to Boiling Springs with it. Called for an hour, no voicemail setup or an answer from a human. I don?t want to blamethe young teen boy working. He was alone and seemed frazzled. A lady in a Jean dress was helping him, but my husband said shelooked like a customer, no uniform, hat, etc. Anyways-NEVER AGAIN. Read more
Really good experience here today, ordered the rotisserie chicken garlic sub, which is a new item. Enjoyed it with my usual... topping. Would recommend to try. I don't eat a lot of red meat or processed meats so consider this fairly healthy choice atSubway with baked chips and water. Less than $10 for the 6 inch combo. This location was clean and staff were friendly andefficient. Will go back when in the area. Read more
