Arrived at 7:38am, placed order and service was slow as usual as there are only 1-2 people working at all times. I was given my... pastries, but still waiting on my mocha drink. Well several individuals that came in after me received their orders before Idid, so I got up to check. The customer service here is awful! No on bothered to see why I was still waiting and bushed it offbecause they were busy. Finally asked for a refund and got out of there at 8am! Read more
We are here almost weekly, but not after today. Waited at the counter for approximately 5 minutes, while 2 were working in the... kiosk, and one was sitting on the backside of the kiosk. Not once were we acknowledged, not so much as a "We will be with youshortly", and all 3 had seen us standing there, and had even made eye contact with us. And just when we thought we were going tobe able to place and order, NOPE...the guy WALKED OUT of the kiosk, once again, after making eye contact, and absolutely noacknowledgement of us. Read more
Manager was extremely rude. We ordered simple ice coffee, when it came with cream in it and questioned it, she told us that?s... the way it is made. Mind you we have ordered ice coffee from this same location numerous times and other Starbucks never hadit come with cream. Then she proceeded to fill other orders, then said she didn?t have anymore coffee brewed and she wouldhave to give a refund. She was argumentative, impolite and needs a serious lesson in customer service. Read more
This Starbucks is terrible! I?ve never experienced such terrible service at Starbucks!!! These 2 girls could care less about... being here. They give their friends free drinks and stand there and gossip with a whole line of people. Many customers left?.Will not be back.. if you don?t wanna work then don?t show up. Read more
