made my whole order wrong. she put like 10 pumps of mocha sauce in the cup when she took my order i said i wanted a mocha... drizzle on the whipped cream on top. now my whole drink is literally chocolate and wayyyy too sweet and i ordered it withstrawberry and there is literally like no strawberry whatsoever. i?ve gotten this drink before, it?s supposed to be pink, notdark brown. they also messed up my other order and put no sweet cold foam and i told her there was supposed to be sweet coldfoam on top. (i showed her an exact picture of a starbucks order from my phone) she accused me of saying that i said the orderwrong and that the sweet cold foam was not labeled in the picture when it was exactly in there written: Van Sc Cld Foam- meaningsweet cold foam! This isn?t the first time I?ve waited in a very long line to get my kids a cake pop. Only to get to the counter and the barista... say they?re out of stock. No sign to let customers know before waiting in line. Today specifically, the cart where they keeppastries near by is full of cake pops and I?m told they can?t serve them to me. With no explanation or apology. Frankly, I willnot be visiting this Starbucks again. Read more
