Was ordering at the drive thru. Tried to order a oatmilk latte. Mentioned i have a dairy allergy (hence the oatmilk). Another... voice chimed in saying they wouldn't get a fresh pitcher (steaming) and could not guarantee a dairy free latte. I appreciatedtheir honesty but would have appreciated an alternative. I can't emphasize the truth about the place that it serves to us the definition of great service and quality of the work. The... speaker taking the order is top notch in an educational trained voice to get the clarity of the orders right. The cashier wasspot on for the smiles and the handling of the money and products was even better handled by far. The line was long as alwaysthat you find for their establishment of coffee and teas to the extent that you have to ponder ???? the other possibility of theplace being overwhelmed but it's not that way whatsoever. For the third day in a row this location has disregarded my order and given me what they feel like. There was no line it wasn?t... busy but one of my drinks was missing the Caramel syrup I paid extra to have in it and the other I received half full. The onlyStarbucks in the city of spartanburg that doesn?t do this almost every time is the one on pine street which is unfortunately toofar from our new house. Read more
I?ve been here like 10 times and most of the time the staff is not so friendly. The order takes to much time to make. I find it... if the leader is miserable the rest of there team will be the same. There customer service has to come up a notch. You double upon the cups and the lid wasn?t on right and the coffee spillled on my dads suit. Donnie was very rude today and needs to bebrought to his attention. The restroom has no hand soap I wonder if the employees wash there hands when they come out therestroom. Coffee was made very well! Best I've tasted. I've tried different places in the Spartanburg area and this place makes their... drinks very good!! You can taste the flavors ???? the service was great, even if you wait for a little for your drink, someonewill let you know they are working on your order. She had the most pleasant,... clear, kind, thorough communication I think I?ve ever had in a drive thru. I was super impressed!
