First visit was decent, order was correct however the food wasn't great. Gave it another chance only for the man to only take... the first part of my order then not answer again and leave us sitting. Had to pull up to the drivethru window to complete myorder, only to get the incorrect food. (ordered and got charged for a double burger w/ bacon. Got a single patty no bacon). Notto mention the food was cold & nasty. Go anywhere else for faster/better service & better food. Read more
Waited almost a half hour for someone to answer after I pushed the button to order. Then had to leave because it took too long.... Recommendation: adjust your hours and close earlier if you?re not willing to hire more people to man the place. There was onlyone individual on staff when we went by the window. Like people have been saying for years on these reviews. You?re too slowfor fast food. Hire more people or cut back your hours if service if service is going to be nonexistent. Read more
It's always a hit or miss for my family at sonic. Sometimes their food is delicious, & it takes no time to get your order. Other... times (like my last visit) it takes forever for the employees to just answer the red button. I waited for 9 min before leaving.Didn't even order! Read more
Went here after a late dinner & movie. Soooooooo glad it was open because nothing else was on the East Side apparently. Was... able to get an awesome cookie dough blast & try their RedBull slush, that was GREAT too! Super fast service like always. Lovehow I can use my app and get extra discounts too! Read more
This place blows. We ordered online, showed up and waited 20 minutes at a stall (as directed by the app) before a lady named... Amber came out and yelled at us to get in the drive thru, so we went through the drive thru and were given cold (yet somehowburnt) food that was obviously made half an hour prior. She tried to charge us even though we had already paid. There was nocheese for the pretzel, no marinara for the cheese sticks, and no ranch for the poppers. There was hardly any sauce on theburgers. Just look at the tomato slices that were on our burgers. How do 2 burgers get the scraps? What an absolute joke, anda miserable waste of $30. We are not that difficult to please but this was a mind-boggling failure on all levels. This placeis in serious need of new management. Read more

Waited 10 minutes just to be rudely told drive thru only. Then I waited 20 minutes for the same guy to huff and ask is that all... after everything I ordered. I ordered 3 meals all fries were gross and half filled. Read more
Terrible experience! Took the fast straight out of fastfood. Spent literally 40 minutes in the drive thru, trying to get a... single combo. When I inquired as what was taking so long, the cook came out of the back and promptly let me know that he was theonly one here and doing the best he could and I was just going to have to wait. In the end my food was still wrong and what Ihad got was cold. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted. Terrible experience! Read more
