Been coming here since June 2022 most of the time it was a good experience and quick transaction. As of the last month service... and experience has went downhill fast! Sunday afternoon the young woman taking my order tried to argue with me as to what andhow I ordered an item on the posted menu when I asked for it the same way it was written. I asked for the immune booster withmushrooms and vit d as stated on the sign. Now all the other competent cashiers have been superb and just added the Immunebooster I ask for and that is that. She tried arguing with me several times and refused to remake and admit she was wrong and Ihad to request a refund on my order. I have have attached my order I always get. The high turnover lately is sad, the drive-thruis hard to get service at as nobody wants to answer it and when it us open on time it's a miracle. Edit: I have sent in anemail. It is a luxury not a requirement to buy here at Smoothie King and that one must remember when keeping customershappy. Edit2: It has been a week since I sent the email and still the "manager" has not managed to reply back or remedy thesituation. I'm new to the area. I ordered here on three different occasions the same exact drink...the 1st time no complaints...the 2nd... time I ordered a 40oz I threw away 39.5oz the smoothie was disgusting I couldn't even force myself through it...the 3rd time!!!!They literally served me the most chunky smoothie I've never seen the drink I order is usually green, they gave me a yellowslushie with chunks...I'm good on this location...no more tries outta me?? We each had a chocolate smoothie. We both were disappointed. We felt that the drinks were mostly water with very little flavor.
