My family and I wake up excited every Thursday so we can go to Shaking Dz when we get off work. The food is always well prepared... but most of all, the customer service is out of this world. Every server has a great personality and serve us as if they wereborn to do what they do. I especially love Preston?s smiling face. He is greatly appreciated for making us feel like family. Read more
Owner is rude. Beer is not very cold and my glass has smelled like an ashtray multiple times. Drinks were poorly made and food... takes forever even when there's not many people in there. I gave this place multiple chances and don't think I'll be back. Read more
The owner/manager is absolutely awful. 2 friends and I went tonight and the entire time all she did was act nasty towards her... staff and treat them like they were below her. Definitely did not make us feel like that was a place we needed to be. Wefinished our drinks and left. Definitely do not recommend this bar to anyone! By far the worst experience we have had. Great place with great service and well made drinks. I'll be back! They also have pool tables.
My husband got the ?hamburger steak? plate, with fries and slaw? the slaw tasted sour like spoiled.. and the ?hamburger steak?... was literally just a bland hamburger patty.. no gravy,onions nothing? i had the chili dogs they was actually good.. Read more
Place was nice and clean. Brian bartender was nice. The lady bartender could use more customer service training. Food took 45... minutes to get for a steak and cheese sandwich. Friend ask to have meal comped bartender said no refunds owner doesn't comp.Would no recommend anyone going to this place I've been to dive bars with better service. Also bartender never returned my debitcard. Be very attentive if you go there But again I wod not recommended it. Read more
The employees were completely rude. We arrived at the bar a little midnight. The bar itself was beautiful, comfortable chairs.... However the lady kept yelling at anyone that even moved with their drink. They was chasing ppl down for their ID because theyrefused to wait at the door to ID ppl entering. The staff was extremely rude. After eating which the food was wonderful I askedthe bartender what time they stopped serving alcohol he said last call was at 1:30. It was a couple minutes before 1am. Eventhough the trip was unpleasant we still drove a long way to have a good night. This bar would be perfect under new management.They don?t know how to welcome new people. If they want certain ppl to attend their bar maybe they should start a membershipprogram. Read more
The service was horrible!!! The drinks tasted like water. The waiter admitted the pineapple was out, but still refused to... replace the drinks. Stated we would have to buy another drink! Then after we refused to purchase another drink we were asked toleave. Do not recommend this place at all! Read more
