We went to Red Lobster for Endless Shrimp and we’ve never been so ignored in my life. My husband was so disappointed because... the waitress was only bringing out one tray of shrimp at a time as the refill. Once she sat the tray down she would hurry awaytrying not to ask you if you wanted another refill and it was a good 15 to 20 minutes before she came back with every refill.The restaurant was not crowded so there was no excuse for this behavior. Maybe Red Lobster doesn’t get what Endless Shrimp isor it’s the waitstaff but when you advertise Endless Shrimp that what you need to do, offer Endless Shrimp. So we went backthe next Monday and my Husband ordered the same thing. What do you know the waitress brought out two trays at a time and askedif you wanted another refill on anything before leaving the table. Her turnaround time was great also. This is how all of thewaitresses should be trained. You cater to the customer so your tip will be better. The first waitress didn’t deserve even 1cent but we left her a $22 tip anyway. Ordered takeout Pros: cooked quick, good deal Cons: they forgot my cheddar bay biscuits. It’s not Red lobster without their... biscuits!!! The Alfredo pasta tasted so bad I actually threw it away. The picture is the double order of Argentinian red shrimp(which comes with rice) and that is the entire rice they gave me! Yup the picture is taken right after opening the lid. Shrimpitself is not anything special but I don’t usually even expect much from a chain restaurant, least they can do is get theorder right. Definitely regret leaving a tip for takeout. This location is great!! My server was Brenda. She was very attentive and always seemed to stop by at the right time. My food... was hot and prepared to my liking. I love RL and this was Dad's choice. This location is generally consistent with the brand, with good food. Curbside isn't... dependable and I don't think the staff really wants to deal with it.
