I read the reviews, including the negative ones, then took the family there and we were ALL very happy with the food and the... service...! Not at all happy with Red Crab's response to them giving my mom and niece the wrong food and being totally flippant about the... situation. Customer service matters!! I wouldn't have recommended them patronize Red Crab, anyway. My last two orders weremediocre, at best, and the customer service was less than stellar. Today they ordered crawfish and, instead, received shrimp.The girl on the phone said "it happens all the time." Told my mom to bring it back. She never offered a discount despite thegas prices after knowing my mom was 40 minutes away. They won't get my dimes ever again!!! Piss poor!! Read more
The service was great, the dining area has a boat aquarium in it and the place was clean. The food however was not the best. My... bf had the boil with crab legs and shrimp. He said it was good. The calamari was edible but not delicious and the friedoysters/shrimp basket was also unimpressive. Read more

The best Low Country boil this side of Louisiana. I was so amazed from the very first time that my wife and I ate there at how... good it is. We are definitely hooked and go as often as we can. I'll start out by saying the food was amazing and fast!!! But what really made our experience enjoyable and rememberable was our... waitress!!! it was our first time in and she took her time with us and made suggestions just made us feel so welcomed!!! (sheknew that menu from the front to the back!!!) she made sure our drinks were filled and check on us numerous times!!!! you cantell she loves her job!!! her name is Brianna!!! so if you go ask for her!!! we will be back for sure only if we can have her asour waitress!!!! Great first time experience. The decor of the place is awesome. And, the staff was very pleasing. Our waitress was so kind and... efficient. And our food... Holy moly... A-mazing... I had the lobster boil with mussels and crab it comes with potato's andcorn. I added boiled eggs... What an amazing taste and presentation. If i could give a zero I would. This place is very unprofessional and don't value good customer service. My Bf and I waited 20... minutes and no one came to our table at all.The hostess had sat us and brought us drinks. That was the only person that came toour table. We never saw a waitress at all. I understand that there were others there but to have all the staff pass our tableseveral times and not say anything was plain out ridiculous. So we paid for drinks and was done with that dining experience!!They need to work on the customer service here !! Read more
